Die Tracks auf "No more doubts Pt. 1“ sind auf unterschiedliche Weise über die letzten 7 Jahre entstanden. Einige am Laptop im Zug aus Sprachmemo-Samples in denen Fenge Klavier spielt. Andere in spontanen Sessions, auch mit akustischen Instrumenten.

Fenge zeigt mit diesem Doppelalbum Tracks, die er bisher noch nicht als "fertig" oder "gut genug" empfand. Trotzdem sind es die, die ihn immer wieder bewegten, wenn er sie sich anhörte.

Deshalb auch der Titel: No more doubts.

„Ich hab mit Piet zusammen Musik gehört und ihm eine ältere Aufnahme von mir gezeigt. Dann noch eine und dann haben wir gedacht: Vielleicht kann ich ein Album machen aus diesen Tracks. Es war auch schön, mich nochmal mit meiner Musik der letzten Jahre zu beschäftigen und die Aufnahmen zu editieren, zu mixen und zu mastern. Es hat mich selbst überrascht, wie gut sie zusammenpassen, obwohl sie so unterschiedlich sind und über so einen langen Zeitraum entstanden sind. Danke Piet, für deine bestärkende Art! Und für das Cover."

This is just part 1!

The tracks on "No more doubts Pt. 1" were created in different ways over the past 7 years. Some were made on the laptop on a train from voice memo samples of Fenge playing the piano. Others were created spontaneously, also with acoustic instruments.

With this double album, Fenge showcases tracks that he previously did not consider "finished" or "good enough." However, they are the ones that moved him repeatedly when he listened to them.

Hence the title: No more doubts.

"I was listening to music with Piet and showed him older recordings of mine. Then another one, and then we thought: Maybe I can make an album from these tracks. It was also nice to revisit my music from the past years and edit, mix, and master the recordings. I was surprised how well they fit together, even though they are so different and were created over such a long period of time. Thank you, Piet, for your encouraging manner! And for the cover."
